I motivate the learner by awakening their attitude towards the subject, my focus is to deliver the objectives and help the learner to gain the required knowledge and skills. Since I'm an online tutor, I've experience and tactics to facilitate the learning. My teaching is based on practice by applying the learned skills in to the real world. I use online audiobooks for skills. My aim is ensuring that the learner gains the knowledge he/she requires to apply in the current world. I make use of technology to ensure the achieves the goal.
