I believe in teaching with empathy. I believe that everyone can learn if we use right methods of teaching. I use different methods of teaching as per the needs of students. In fact I believe that it is not teaching but it actually helps me to learn from students so it is a mutual learning activity for me. Instead of providing ready made answers I believe in provoking students to thing and take charge of their learning.
Teaching is a fun filled activity and using right kind of methods with students enables students to develop interest in learning.
