Teaching is not a hobby anymore.Infact its a full time multifaceted job where you jst dnt have to deal with subject bur also have to act as a mother,a child,a friend,a councellor at times,Being a teacher from last 10 years i have acted in all these roles and found that a student needs all these roles and expect alk these things from his teacher because he /she believes on his teacher more than parents.So to become a good teacher we have to be good and perfect in all these roles .This is my ideology of being a teacher
