Hai, This is akila, associate professor in nursing college, having 14 years of teaching experience. I have interested to teach psychology, mental health nursing, nursing education, nursing research and nursing management. Basically i encourage democratic kind of attitude in teaching learning process.i have given good results in my subjects.
I use positive reinforcement in my teaching to improve the students performance.I believe lecture cum discussion is a healthiest method of teaching to hike the students interest and also their credits. teaching is an art, that should be based on learners level
