I personally believe that every students are unique with their unique talent and skills.
As a teacher, my job is to guide them to tackle problems they face in their academics and other entrance exams such as BOARDS, IIT-JEE, OLYMPIADS, etc.
Being a teacher, make good relation with students so that they don't hesitate even for a second to ask.
To help and inspire students to solve and tackle problems they face in their topics.
To push them upto their maximum limits so that they can solve problems by their own.
Provide hints with different examples based on student to student.
