I try to explain any topic in few words
I teach in a very polite manner۔I always give opportunity to the students to ask questions so that the learning material becomes more inside it۔I avoid talking about things that are off topic۔
Most of all I focus on time and try to inculcate in students the value and power of time۔I try to judge students based on their ability during class rather than exam results and give priority to students who work hard on a daily basis.Instead of punishing students for not working, I encourage them to compete So that a sense of responsibility arises instead of inferiority complex۔I stop talking to overworked students in anger so they start working
