I am an experienced professional teacher who understands my job well. I believe learning should be fun and students should come out with memorable learning experiences. Therefore, I employ a mix of learning activities with practical examples to make the lesson interesting. I also use technology in my lessons to make learning more interesting and realistic. I am a very patient instructor who moves at the pace of the learner, just to ensure that the learner is grasping and assimilating the content well. The learners also have a chance to self-examine and self-test themselves and score themselves against a rubric provided to them. They also have a chance to provide feedback on the lesson and rate the teacher. If you book lessons with me, your learning journey will be objective but full of fun. So dont hesitate to reach out to me if you want me to help you tackle that assignment or if you did not understand quite well a concept taught in school. I am also available for students who are homeschooling.

  • Secondary School Teacher (Jan, 2016–Present) at Kianda School
    • Currently the head of language department in Kianda School, where I manage ten members of staff belonging to three panels namely: The English panel, Kiswahili panel and French panel
    • Patron Kianda Environmental & Climate Change Club- I spearhead sensitization programs as well as mitigation and adaptation projects in the school community through projects such as waste segregation at source
    • Providing periodic technical training and capacity building for climate change awareness and action among students and staff of Kianda School, in order to mainstream climate change into the education system for effective mitigation and adaptation
