I mentor students and encourage them to do their own research. I also teach from known to unknown so that students can be able to relate the correlation between the new topic and the previous. I highlight the major areas of weaknesses and also strengths of the students. I use the strengths to minimize those weaknesses. I like analysis of individual results so that I try to come up with the best way to help a student understand the highlighted areas of weaknesses.i also embrace written tests to check the trend. Thanks.
