I will provide personalized and engaging educational support to students remotely from their homes. My primary role will be to deliver effective instruction, assess students progressand create a supportive learning environment. I will work closely with students and their families to tailor lessons to their individual needs and promote academic growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct one-on-one or small-group online tutoring sessions with students in various subjects, based on their academic needs and grade level.
2. Develop personalized lesson plans and instructional materials to address students' learning goals and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
3. Utilize video conferencing platforms, online collaboration tools, and digital resources to deliver interactive and engaging virtual lessons.
4. Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, assessments, and other evaluation methods to monitor progress and provide constructive feedback.
5. Adapt instructional strategies and approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles, abilities, and interests of students.
6. Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation, motivation, and confidence.
7. Communicate regularly with students and parents to discuss progress, address concerns, and provide guidance on academic goals and strategies.
8. Collaborate with parents and teachers to align tutoring sessions with school curriculum and reinforce classroom learning.
9. Stay updated with educational trends, teaching methods, and relevant resources to continually enhance tutoring techniques and subject knowledge.
10. Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and any additional materials provided.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in banking and finance.
2. TeachingNoradinPrimaryschool.
3. Strong knowledge and expertise in the Maths and science.
4. Familiarity with online tutoring platforms, video conferencing tools, and digital learning resources.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and parents remotely.
6. Ability to adapt instructional strategies and materials to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students.
7. Patience, empathy, and the ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
8. Strong organizational skills to manage schedules, track student progress, and maintain documentation.
9. Reliable internet connection, appropriate technology setup, and a quiet environment conducive to conducting online tutoring sessions.
