Experienced with data analysis using R statistical data language, data structures and algorithms using C++ and Bash shell scripting and Linux/Unix command line.
I tutor both online and physical on beginner to expert level. My teaching style is more technical, I prefer explaining by coding and using analogies that resonates well with my students. For aid my students to write an elegant summary report using R markdown including the code and analysis. I expect my students to be committed, lively and engaging. I prefer students who are inquisitive and augment teachings using programming books, GitHub and other social programming communities.
It is my passion to induct my students to Bioinformatics and computational biology, dynamic world of big data, Artificial Intelligence and algorithms. See you in class!
