Being a student myself at GIK institute, I adapt to various teaching environments quickly. I try to keep the environment friendly and knowledgeable so that the student remains engaged throughout the session. Patience and empathy are my plus points and they are necessary so that the student can ask questions without hesitating. Various teaching plans including assignments and quizzes are carried out so that the student can score maximum grades since that is our purpose and goal. Sometimes if i feel like a student is not doing well in the subject, i extend our session hours without charging extra fee until he or she gets a grip on it because my own success is when my student secures good grades and position. I am very dedicated towards my students. I offer the first week as trial week with no fee so my student can see if they are understanding me perfectly or not.
