Hi there,
I am available as an instructor for students majoring in Economics at the undergraduate level and students pursuing Masters in Economics. I have 5 years of experience in teaching at premier educational institutes of the country. I completed BA (Hons) Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, University of Delhi and MA in Economics from Center for Economic Studies and Planning, Jawaharlal Nehru University. My areas of specialization include Mathematical Methods in Economics, Statistical Methods in Economics, Microeconomic Theory, Macroeconomic Theory, Econometrics, Game Theory, International Economics, Public Finance, Money and Financial Markets and Development Economics.
I like to start with the very basics and start working to a more advanced level at a pace which facilitates in-depth understanding of the underlying concepts. Therefore, as for my policy of accepting students who request to be tutored, it is my humble request to prospective students to reach out to me when they are not facing the imminence of their exams. Skimming through the course content without acquiring conceptual clarity, just for the sake of scoring grades feels dishonest and does not serve the student in the long run, as it fosters a culture of getting by. Hence, it is a good idea to start working diligently when there is time, go through the course from the beginning of your semester, study regularly and analyze if you need tutoring and join a tutor at a time when they are also able to do justice to their job.
