I go with the learners pace, first I get to create a good relationship with the learner
I use daily assessment to knw if my student is grasping what I teach and if not I intend to repeat until the student learn a nd grasp
Results are what are important to the student, by the end of the lessons the learner should be able to complete at least 40% of the test i give him/her, am an understanding teacher and dedicated to my work and I believe Good interaction with the kids is a great point to start from because there will be a great chemistry with the kid and this may boost the learners morale to learn
