I am an English Teacher who is open to students-centered learning, where students can build confidence in themselves, ask questions and make findings on their own. I also encourage peer to peer collaboration where students can learn from one another. I allow students to make their mistakes and correct them when they do because I believe students can learn easily and in a best way when they learn from their mistakes. I build a healthy relationship with my students that makes them feel comfortable around me which helps me get a better result in their academics.
