My teaching entails learner cetred approach I guide a learner,correct mistakes then give the learner a task to do as I check the steps for me to ensure good outcome I motivate my learner always either by saying good keep it up,congratulations etc to junior learners if there is physical item igive them.My teaching outcone can be seen in the way the child does the work I alway ensure handwriting is neat,oral conversation in English will improve since I keep on repeating basic vocabulary.Ussually my result will be seen in less than a week.
