I believe in student centric learning as it helps in enhancing areas where a child needs to bring improvement. Also, one on one communication is effective when a child is able to grasp the concepts through refelective learning, asking questions for ambiguity and further strengthning the concept through consistent efforts. A teacher and student's teaching and learning is a two way street which should be reciprocative, reflective and consistent.
One aspect of teaching that I practise is asoi g whether my student is able to understand my teaching style and what ways I can bring in to make it more effective and interesting.In this way, I become self-aware of my strengths and weaknesses both.
