I aim to do my best to adapt to the students' needs in terms of how they learn best. I have experience in all fields of the natural sciences and speak fluent German, French and English. I start by sitting down with the student in question and determining how the student works and what they are looking for. Every student is different in terms of materials and time they need but the goal is to ensure they want to learn by ensuring they have fun doing so. I have struggled myself with how best to learn and have a twin sister who went through very hard times where motivation was low, but my father spent hours with us going over the same subject again and again to ensure we didn't give up. I want to provide that experience to the student in question as it resulted in both my twin and I getting Master's degrees in physics (theoretical and biological). The fact that we went from hating math to loving it shows me that it is primarily how you are taught a subject that determines if you will be "any good" at it. Everyone has that potential.
