I'm a Gen-Z Tutor. Teaching to me is Art.

I'm an excellent conversationist with a rather flexible yet practical approach to teaching. My attention is focused on each individual learners needs, adapting my teaching technique and methodology towards educating the individual as needs be.

Each student to me is a unique individual deserving to be tutored and treated with respect. Respect is a Reciprocal that is Earned. Once I earn a students respect, it naturally leads to a complete trust in my innate ability to enlighten the student.

The Reciprocal effect of this 'earned respect and trust', naturally results in the student's zeal to equally earn 'my respect' by improving in their academic performance and 'my trust' by pushing the limits of set performance targets

At this point, educating the student becomes very easy as their minds are open to acquiring more knowledge.

Anyway, it's not as easy as it sounds and requires lots of patience but it does work. Trust Me!!
