Being an ESL teacher, I love teaching my students through PPP, TTT and Project based learning. I tailor my lessons according to the level of the student. I always plan appropriate games full of fun and learning content. I plan small targets and help my learners reach the goal. In addition, I'm well aware of formative assessment tools like quizzes, gimkit, edulastic and flipgrid etc. I believe in positive reinforcement and motivation, which in fact enhance the conducive learning environment. In addition, I'm confident to share that I'm flexible in adapting different classroom situations and I'm equally good at dealing with both young and adult language learners. Moreover, I have got british accent but I can switch to the neutral accent as per need. As a teacher of Phonetics and phonology, I enjoy teaching assimilation and elision, which assist my learners understand and communicate like a native speaker. Finally, I believe in learning from my students as they learn from me, and this makes me a persistent learner.
