I am a Chemistry, Physics, Math and Science Teacher having 10 years of experience in reputable Government and private institutions and currently working in a reputable Government institution.
I use different teaching styles for teaching different students according to their learning abilities. I usually use demonstration method and after that I use question answer method to clear the concepts of students. And then use some questions from the topic to assess their understanding. I also use experimentations in the laboratory to keep the students focus on the topic and for developing their interest in Science. I also conduct tests and quiz to assess the students and if some students are weak in some area, i make different peer-groups including both kind of students in each group. In this way i am getting better results.
