I have been a teacher for more than seven years. Try to understand the needs of the students and tech accordingly. I try my best to create basic concepts over topics.Make proper curriculum and teaching plan according to the student's ability. Evaluate the progress with time.
I like to do paper or board work. After finishing a perticular topic from my side, next I told students to read and check wheather he or she has any doubt for a sentence or paragraph and also take test.
I think that if I can share experiences and my knowledge properly what I have learned in my academic career it will increase the strength of the students.
I feel that If the teacher share the proper way of how to learn or read, build self confidence in students and if it helps students to build their future better, this will be the success of teaching for a teacher.
