My teaching style is learner centered.Intreractive methodology where the learner is actively engaged most of the time.I achieve high performance with both strong and weak learners.What makes me a great teacher is that I'm very patient and empathetic.I don't give up on even the weakest Student.Im confident and humorous and always start from the known to the unknown.I believe that in a conducive environment,any learner can achieve to their fullest potential.For me learning is a continuous process that never stops.I believe that each learner is an individual and should be allowed to learn at their own pace.Continu assessment is my style to establish if learning has taken place.I encourage alot of reading for language students.I encourage students to ask questions as the lesson progresses.Each lesson is followed by and exercise to ensure we are both on the same page with the learner.Im a goal oriented person who always has the success of her students at heart.
