Teaching style:
I adapt my teaching style to the needs and preference of the students, and understand that not all students learn in the same way, hence I will change my approach as per students needs.
I will have clear communication with the students in their own way.
Keep all the students engaged by making subject matter interesting.

Methodology:
Encouraging students to actively participate in the training, whether through discussion, problem solving activities, hands on experience.
Will give students everyday assessment based on what they learnt on daily basis and give feedback. This helps students understand their strengths and areas of improvement
