I have nearly ten years of experience teaching civil engineering at the university level, covering a wide range of subjects like Structural Analysis, Civil Engineering Materials, Reinforced Concrete Design, Steel Structures Design, Concrete Technology, building construction engineering, and I'm skilled in using software tools like SAP2000 and ETABs. Currently, I'm pursuing my PhD in Civil Engineering at Lakehead University, Thunder Bay, Canada, where my teaching skills have led to roles as a contract lecturer and a graduate assistant. As a graduate assistant, I assist undergraduate students by leading tutorials, grading quizzes and assignments, and stepping in to give lectures when needed. I also have more than 10 journal publications, and my current research focuses on designing fire-resistant mass timber structures. In addition to my teaching experience, I've been involved in hands-on laboratory work, particularly in the areas of concrete, civil engineering materials, and soil investigation. I also have five years of experience in structural engineering design, including reinforced concrete structures and mass timber structures.
