• Provinding the entire gamut of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & in coordination with site management activities
• Leading and motivating large teams of workers & professionals and dealing with the allocation of tasks within teams based on skills profile
• Administering project activities and managing the complete project management cycle entailing requirement gathering and final execution of projects
• Finalizing requirements & specifications in consultation with engineering consultants/ collaborators, external suppliers, contractors & clients
• Controlling the project cost within the budget; formulating and executing the plan against the original progress charts using histograms/S curves; checking and sending project progress reports; identifying and telling the areas of concern that needs assistance of associate
• Preparing EOT programs and supporting documents for extension of time
• Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilisation to maximise the output.Sustaining the status of materials purchased & delivered; Assuring that material received is in accordance with the quantity & quality desired
• Preserving the status of the documents/drawings being submitted & approved
• Coordinating with Consultants/ Collaborators/ Promoters for finalization of the necessities and specifications
• Taking part in project meetings for assessing project progress, performing SWOT analysis of complex situations and delivering technical inputs on the same
• Directing the master planning & scheduling for various activities as per client’s requirement / need; formulating master schedules for all the projects consisting of resource schedules, milestones, cash flow projections, Invoice and periodic observation
