I lay the concepts by going through a PowerPoint presentation I have topically prepared so the learner conceives the concept first. Then we sail together and perform the practicals of what we have studied together. At the end of it, I give an assignment or exercise that's relevant to the topic we have learned. I expect my learners to accomplish it and submit to me by mail, I am always available to help them along the way where they experience challenges. In some instances, I use simulation softwares to help the learners practice and become handy with required skills and knowledge. At the end of the course, my learners sit a final exam that tests every part of the course.
