My approach is always based on the abilities of the current learner. My English proficiency level is extremely high, enabling me to easily communicate with with native English speakers.

I am also able to communicate with non-native English speakers, even those with heavy accents. Learners are encouraged to ask questions, at the same time i encourage them to come up with their own solutions to problems.

My assignments target lessons learnt in every module or unit covered, to ensure that learning is progressive. Eventually leading to projects, where grading is based on compliance to learnt requirements and time constraints.

If there is need to go over problematic topics, then this will be done, using different approaches from those used initially. This is crucial In better understanding of the learner, while enriching the learning experience .
