I'm good in teaching arabic grammar and tajweed. I focus on pronunciation of the letters, tajweed rules and harakat.
I keep on revising the previous chapters so that the student won't forget previous lessons.
I go to the next chapter only when I'm sure that the student is good enough in the present chapter.
Completing the quran without tajweed rules and correct pronounciation would look easy, but it may affect later when we try to revise it. But, if a student completes even a single parah(juzz) with all the tajweed rules and correct pronounciation, then, there's no doubt that he/she can complete the quran easily and revising the quran would also feel very easy in this situation... So this is what I focus mainly on.. Tajweed rules and correct pronounciations.
