I am a hybrid educator. I use a student-based methodology. I ensure that all the students under me get to truly understand the basics of English Language and Literature so that they can easily apply it to a broader concept if the need arises. I also ensure that my students are properly mentored in using the right pronunciation when they go through my class. I am an advocate of speaking right. I will be their model and they stand a chance of learning not just the written aspect of the English Language but also the oral aspect.
