I'm an internationally trained Mathematics and Further Mathematics teacher with proven records of improving my learner's performance with ease.I'm a passionate and enthusiastic educator with strong interpersonal skills and good work ethics.I aim to provide a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinions,while fostering confidence in order for them to realize their full potentials in mathematics and other fields. As a teacher,I am committed to doing anything I can to help my students learn and achieve their goals.I will work hard to come up with lessons that will help every student better retain mathematics concepts. To this end,I will incorporate participatory activities, technology, guided practice, tiered lesson, problem-based learning, and real-world applications to help students make progress and build on their skills in mathematics.Through my teaching experience thus far, I have found that facilitating rather than dictating is a highly beneficial style of teaching.I have learned that if students construct their own learning experiences, they will not only retain information longer,but they will also become more confident in their abilities.
