Iam friendly teacher who always use learner centred method of teaching, being a special need teacher helps me to understand my learner very well and come up with best method that the learner find friendly for him or her to understand.I also put my self into the student shoe so any time a student says she doesn't understand given concept I take time and repeat everything.I also assess the learners understanding at the end of the week just to see the progress.
