I use inquiry based method of teaching whereby i guide the learners based of what the know to make them comfortable and take ownership of their individual learning. Asking relevant questions and providing timely feedback to learners has been my greatest pillars in teaching and learning. Where possible I use experiential teaching or learning to give real meaning of what is taught. In terms of preparation, I prepare early to enable me utilize my time correctly during the lessons effectively. Lastly I do believe that great communication skills make a great teacher with good rapport to the learners. I communicate timely feedback to learners with clear corrective measures and give room for questions and answers before the next lessons. I do believe that learners voices are good communication feedback and should always be respected . I recognize good work by praises and constructive feedback in a positive manner.
Learners needs to be motivated all the time.
