As a teacher,I believe in creating a more inclusive and interactive class environment,as such,it is important to first understand the cultural,moral point of view of the learner I am designated to teach. I am a result oriented teacher and as such,that is my main motivation when teaching and learning. I love to listen to people's opinions and revert carefully if the omission is internationally acclaimed by the student. I love to use real environment to point clearly things to learners inorder to make the class more favourable and interactive. I love dramatizing things inorder to enhance clear understanding because,I believe that humans tend to remember more by seeing. By directing the learner,as a teacher it also help me to learn from the student as well as from his/her behaviour. It's important to understand the aspect of creativity and behaviours of a learner. This will help in advancing leadership strength and raise a more outstanding leader in the society. I am a more society oriented teacher because I aim at changing the mindset of individual learners inorder to create a more fruitful society.
