I am Jerome. I was a Lecturer worked in a multinational education institution. The institution follows an uncommon system in educating students. We have accessed several Learning Management System(LMS). Academies from a region has its own LMS. I handled students from different regions and academies. I taught General English initially and continued with teaching basic technical needs of the English Language. I have trained few fresher and made them more efficient in their career. I am Jerome A. I was a Lecturer worked in a multinational educational institution.
The institution follows an uncommon system in educating students. We have accessed several Learning
Management System (LMS). Academies from a region has its own LMS. Just like that we have Individual
Learning Process (ILP) for each student based on their efficiency.
I handled students from different regions and academies. As per norms of the institution I taught
General English initially and continued with teaching the basic technical needs of the English language.
Often I was allotted to teach Social Studies sessions too. Days later I was assigned to teach elementary
grade level Physics and Biology as well.
I have trained a few freshers and made them more efficient in their career. Have supported the
institution as a team whenever they launch a new academic project. We have worked with several leading
academies like Pinnacle Charter Academy, Waller Williams Environmental, Epic Charter School, Texas
