Explaining easy concept firstly then we identify those are weak students and separating them and we apply other methods. some difficulty concept i will teach with teaching models .and ii will prepare some notes for this type of students. i will adapt some students for revision and motivating purpose. Some time i will apply counselling methods also this means we should understand why students not score more where it is fail. then we plan making group stepwise explain.atleast weekly 2 to 3 test we will conduct and some QP given to home also.15 days once we contact the parents for feedback. for clarity we referring other books for example RD SHARMA,MS AGARWAL. And some time i am using my own books and notes. each concept at least we preparing 2 to 3 different Questions one set we are solving one set given to students. we concentrate on result and understanding concept.wealy one time we conducting seminar here students should prepare any one concept and solve on the board it helps improvement and stage courage lastly some time we conduct online discussion also.
