I am a certified, licensed special educator, my experience in the field of education is more than a decade and is spread across in the domains of early years education, special education, life skills, counseling and leadership. Besides education, my work experience accounts for 20+years.

I have been grateful for the opportunities I have been presented during my 12 years of being an educator. My experience in the field includes, conceptualizing and design department policy, system and structures, and leading the team. An opportunity to co-author 5 NCERT text books and also a guest lecturer at the school leader academy at The Akanksha Foundation.

Along with my present role leading the academic team at Akanksha, I am also a visiting faculty at Jankidevi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies - SNDT women’s university teaching organizational behavior to year 1 students and organizational development to year 2 students.

My education credentials include 2 bachelors degree; in the field of commerce, management, special education and education. 2 masters degree; in the field of psychology and education management and diplomas in the field of early years education, counseling, career counseling and a certification in child protection policy from Havard university and UNESCO.

Personally, I associate myself as a learner, a change maker and a leader. Being a part of your organisation I look forward to extending my values and beliefs acting as a change maker bringing in a new, progressive and inclusive perspective.
