🎓 Experienced Business Management and HRM Education
I'm Dr Riffut and I am passionate about shaping the next generation of business leaders and human resource professionals through my expertise in Business Management, Strategic Management, Human Resource Management (HRM) and Business Research methods. With a proven track record in academia and the corporate world, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to my teaching.

Extensive Experience: I have 16 years of experience in the fields of Business Management, Strategic Management, and HRM. I have honed my skills through both academic and industry roles, allowing me to offer students a comprehensive understanding of these vital subjects. During my career, I've had the privilege of working with three different renowned Public sector universities.
Educational Background: I hold a Ph.D. Degree in the field of Business Management and my passion for teaching has driven me to pursue a career in academia. I have published research papers and have supervised postgraduate students in their research work.

Teaching Philosophy

I believe in fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment. My teaching philosophy revolves around:
