Being an young faculty helps me understand the student's requirement very well and helps me to deliver the content very well. I believe in helping students by delivering knowledge in the way they want and not by the traditional unilateral way of communication. This has helped me to successfully deliver my knowledge and enlighten around 450+ students on a regular basis for more then 1.5 yrs as a faculty.
