Am a teacher who believes that all students are bright,it's just that a majority have not realized their potentialities. Methods I prefer for teaching are direct instruction, experimental learning,case based learning,inquiry guided learning, interactive lecture,I believe a teacher is a facilitator of teaching and learning process. For online teaching I used discussion boards which help build a learning community, project based learning and learning sprints which makes learning fast and education relating to real life scenario. I encourage peer teaching which enhances collaborative learning that foster leadership, critical thinking and problem solving skills thus develops ones self knowledge and reciprocity. With this methods of teaching and styles of teaching,they have always given students who are academically upright, students who yearn for more knowledge from their teachers. They improve and perform very well academically. Students are able to achieve their targets and even higher grades as a majority will always have time to consult where they feel they have not understood. Am a friendly teacher who never gets tired with students consulting me,it's my job and I do it with passion
