I use learn to learn teachnique in teacher.I shall angage in discussions and practical work.I try to educate learn how to apply whatever we have learned in real life situation.I emphasize on collaboration and communication, creativity and creatical thinking.I set down with the student I evaluate areas of weakness and strength then I assist him/her to understand them better.I encourage learners to exploit all potential they have in order cultivate their talents and abilities.I offer guidance and counseling to the student and career guidance coaching.I am results oriented basing my evaluation on all-round.I also teach on temperal management and effective ways of communication and collaboration.
