Hello! I’m a yogacharya pk instructor born and trained in India working with clients globally. I absolutely love teaching hatha yoga to help students get stronger, flexible and better balanced in their minds and bodies. My classes are catered to beginners as well as intermediate students and are 50-55 mins long. Apart from yoga asanas, I also teach breathwork and meditation. I’m also motivate people to become stress free and reduced tension.
