I have more than 9 years teaching experience at intermediate level ( f. Sc) and 4 years experience at university level ( organic inorganic physical chemistry) .my teaching style is activity base first I explain the topic in 20 to 25 minutes then ask students to repeat the topics and then I also add some more detail then we discuss exercise question in detail . Then I give some past paper ( m. Cat, E. Cat ) mcqs to students to solve them. Maximum times my students solve them in a very short time . So that's why my students always clear university level test.

Some students have difficulty in chemistry subject so first I ask students to tell me detail what is the problem that they face . After this I decided which methadology is good for student .
I have 3 years experience to teach entry test classes and I have full notes of each entry test topic ..
I always condems one man show teaching style
I always try that student does not feel hesitation to ask any question

I always conduct a meeting with those students that having score than 90+ in class test . And encourage them to maintain the score in board exam.also have meeting with average and below students and discuss the all problem that impede their performance and after this have meeting with all department then principal. After detail discussion make a policy for all types of students and then put all our efforts to make sure that each student will have good result in near future class test. My student got success in getting admistions in top university of Pakistan like pieas, qau, nust, .and also clear their m. Cat test
