    3. Lesson Planning: Teachers prepare lesson plans, which include instructional materials, teaching methods, and assessments to engage and educate students effectively.

    4. Classroom Management: Maintaining discipline and a conducive learning environment in the classroom is crucial. Teachers are expected to manage student behavior and ensure that the class operates smoothly.

    5. Assessment and Grading: TSC secondary teachers assess students' performance through assignments, tests, and examinations. They grade and provide feedback on students' work.
