I believe I'm a competent teacher and the methodology I use is teaching from known to unknown.on first encounter with my learners I creat a good enabling environment that makes them free which I believe boosts their understanding and rentention.Assesment of learners is also crushial which helps me to measure their understanding and areas of weakness. I creat time for remedials especially for weak learners.I also give my learners some tasks to carry out on their own which I believe sharpens their brain and improves their creativity that enables them encounter any challenges.
