My name is Lilian Kimaku, a young and hardworking individual who completed her college education. I'm a fun and ooutgoingteacher that believes education should be nothing less of fun.

I have previously worked as an IB visual and performing arts teacher, my roles involved teaching visual, film, and performing arts which I do with passion. I have a background in theatre arts, film, and visual arts which are fun subjects I enjoy teaching. I've also taught the International Baccalaureate curriculum and have been IB certified having taught years of PYP and MYP which has given me vast knowledge in developing the IB curriculum for the school in which I taught my learners. Through these experiences, I have acquired excellent in-class and out-of-class management skills and developed the IB learner profile for students.

My students and I have staged beautiful stage plays and musical plays that are both globally and locally centered. Our plays and films have competed in both local theatres and international film festivals. I believe in empowering young IB students with skills necessary for this century so that they are able to not only learn but also actively create artwork that is not only community-based but also challenges the norm.
