My name is Tr.Catherine.I would describe myself as energetic, positive, knowledgeable and industrious teacher.I have a flexible style of teaching that can cater for all students.I am a high achieving teacher for example I managed to turn around an underperforming class and they did so well in the end of the year exam.I am great teacher since I acquire all the competent values that are required for teachers.This include patience, understanding especially in difficult times and also I'm inclusive regardless of their abilities and backgrounds I ensure all the learners have the same opportunity.I have a good level of my subjects and also I am very creative.My lesson plans are attractive and I can also describe myself as an energetic teacher.My leadership skills are top notch where my class is the most disciplined class in school.
Teaching styles.I have different teaching styles depending on the subject, environment and also depending on the needs of the learner.These styles include instructional, discussion and practical styles.Instructional style,the learner listens and follows my instructions.Discussional style,the learner are involved in a group discussion and brain storm to tackle a problem.Practical style,I use practical demonstration where students can relate to and they will encounter in the future.To summarize I use all these styles to meet the needs of the learners.
In conclusion I am a reliable and flexible which means I will be able to help out to short notice if required.
