I teach According to mental status which may vary student to student, methods can be changed with subject some subjects demand practical work some demand theory etc, cooperation and good communication skills, motivation to students make me good teacher in my opinion. Results will be good but creativity and learning of students matter alot more than Marks .so I try to teach students in the way that they become more creative towards subject and they can understand each and every point of subject and can explain everything in very good way.
