Job Title: Quran Teacher (Memorization and Tajweed)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Quran Teacher to join our educational institution. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist students in the memorization of the Quran and provide comprehensive instruction in Tajweed, the correct pronunciation and recitation of Quranic verses. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Islamic education and possess the skills necessary to facilitate effective learning and memorization of the Quran, while ensuring that students adhere to the rules of Tajweed.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Quran Memorization:
- Guide students in the memorization of Quranic verses and chapters.
- Develop personalized memorization plans for each student based on their abilities and progress.
- Conduct regular revision sessions to help students retain what they have memorized.

2. Tajweed Instruction:
- Teach students the principles of Tajweed, including proper pronunciation, articulation, and rhythm.
- Correct and refine students' recitation, ensuring adherence to Tajweed rules.
- Use a variety of teaching materials and techniques to make Tajweed learning engaging and effective.

3. Curriculum Development:
- Design and implement a structured curriculum for Quran memorization and Tajweed classes.
- Create educational resources, such as worksheets and audiovisual aids, to support the learning process.

4. Assessment and Feedback:
- Assess students' progress through regular tests and evaluations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them improve their Quran memorization and Tajweed skills.

5. Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive and respectful learning environment.
- Manage class schedules and ensure punctuality and regular attendance.

6. Communication and Collaboration:
- Maintain open communication with students and their parents regarding progress and performance.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:
- A deep understanding of the Quran, Tajweed, and Islamic teachings.
- Hafiz or Hafiza (someone who has memorized the entire Quran) is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous teaching experience, especially in Quran memorization and Tajweed, is a plus.
- Patience and the ability to motivate and inspire students in their Quranic studies.
