DISCLAIMER:
Please note that I abide by the principles of academic integrity and as such I will not engage in 'contract cheating'.
Contract cheating is defined as "the form of academic misconduct where students have academic work (coursework, tests or exams) completed on their behalf, which they then submit as if they had created it themselves." (Source: University of Auckland, 2023).
Rather, in keeping with the guidelines from the Institute of Professional Editors Limited (IPEd), the services I provide include:
1. "Substantive editing (sometimes called structural or content editing) [which] aims to ensure that the structure, content, language, style and presentation of the document are suitable for its intended purpose and readership."
2. "Copyediting [which] aims to achieve accuracy, clarity and consistency in a document....."
3. "Proofreading (usually called this but sometimes known as verification editing) [which] involves checking that the document is ready to be published. It includes making sure that all elements of the document are included and in the proper order, all amendments have been inserted, the house or other set style has been followed, and all spelling or punctuation errors have been deleted."
