Hi, I am Adiya who has done BDS and now working as General Dentist professionally.
But by Passion I am teacher who loves teaching. I have been teaching students for a decade now and my vast experience helps in understanding the basic needs of students. My students range from primary to graduation. My students really appreciate my learning style as I don't belief lecturing is a sole method of teaching.
I make my class very interactive and usually in class students speak more than the teacher😉 because that's the sign for me that students are fully involved in the class.
My class timing is very flexible.If I found the students are lost I don't continue teaching I take pause and ask students what's bothering them before teaching. And sometimes on students demand I double the regular assigned time of the class.
In my perspective every student is unique and all the tactics of teaching are not meant for all the students. A teacher's job is to help students in discovering what will work for the particular students.
I help my students in becoming an Independent Learner as every student has the potential to become so that they can learn things at their own with minimum external help.
I STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT SELF RESPECT OF EVERY STUDENT IS ABOVE ALL THE GRADES. MY EVERY STUDENT IS IMPORTANT FOR ME IRRESPECTIVE OF HIS GRADES.
